The quiet of an urban space.
The kind of quiet that’s undefinable, a blend of white noise and industrial creaks. A rat crawls under the rails. A man with headphones taps his foot, oblivious to his surroundings. In his own mind and place.
Lights appear at the end of the tunnel, cutting the void. The boarding dance happens within seconds of the doors opening, people coming and going, moving from point A to B. They are all coming from somewhere and headed elsewhere. They all have stories; a routine. The train leaves and the station returns to its stillness once again.
